API integrations: your systems should talk without a human in between.

Your CRM doesn't talk to your site. Your site doesn't talk to your payment processor. Somebody re-keys the data in between, and that somebody makes mistakes. We wire it shut: CRM, payments, booking, inventory, email — integrated at the API level so data moves without hands touching it.

Integration work pays for itself fast — if you actually have the problem. Here's the filter.

This is your project if:

  • Someone on your team copies data from one system into another, weekly or worse.
  • Leads land in a form inbox and reach the CRM hours later — or not at all.
  • Two systems disagree about the same fact: inventory, pricing, customer records.
  • You can't answer 'which campaign produced this customer' because the trail breaks between tools.

Skip it if a native connector already exists and works — plenty of tools ship solid off-the-shelf integrations, and we'll tell you when a $30/month connector beats a custom build. Custom integration is for when the connector doesn't exist, doesn't fit your workflow, or silently drops half your data.

Every manual re-key is an error waiting for its moment. Wire it shut.

What we wire together, in plain terms

CRM

HubSpot, Salesforce, and industry CRMs. Every form fill, call, and chat lands as a properly attributed contact — no exports, no Mondays spent importing.

Payments

Stripe and payment gateways connected to your site and your books. A charge, its invoice, and its CRM record stop being three separate facts.

Booking + scheduling

Calendars, dispatch, and reservation systems synced to your site. Double-bookings are an API problem; we solve them at the API.

Inventory + ERP

Stock levels, pricing, and order data flowing between your operational system and your site on a schedule, not a spreadsheet.

Email + marketing automation

Behavior on your site triggers the right sequence in your email platform — welcome flows, abandonment nudges, lifecycle stages — without a human pressing send.

The proof: 10x pipeline started with integration work

IVM's 10x pipeline started with integration work: rebuilding conversion tracking end to end so every dollar mapped to a lead and every lead to pipeline. That's what integration buys — not convenience, but a number you can finally trust. The same discipline runs through our own stack: tkxmedia.com is a Next.js static build, and the architecture we integrate against is the one we run.

From data silos to one flow

  1. 01
    Map

    Week 1

We chart where data lives, where it's re-keyed, and where it breaks. Every integration gets a written data-flow spec before code.

  2. 02
    Build

    Week 2+

Integrations built against sandbox environments first — your live CRM and payment data stay untouched until the flow is proven.

  3. 03
    Test

Real records through the real path: failure cases, retries, and duplicates handled deliberately. The unhappy path is the whole job.

  4. 04
    Monitor

    Ongoing

Integrations run silently until a third party changes something — so ours log, alert, and get watched.

Engineers who answer to a revenue number

  • Senior-led pods. Integration bugs are subtle and expensive — a dropped webhook is an invisible lost lead. Senior engineers build and review every flow.
  • Attribution is the point. We're a revenue agency: most integration work exists so marketing spend maps to pipeline, the way it did for IVM.
  • Track record. 100+ clients, 5+ years, 5.0 on Google (45 reviews), 5.0 on Clutch (14 reviews, Premier Verified).

Speed is a revenue setting

Conversion rate rises as load time falls — the pattern every rebuild targets. Illustrative of the industry-wide curve.

Illustrative — drawn from published industry studies, not a client claim.

API integration FAQs

What does integration work cost compared to a site build?

Usually less — integrations are scoped in flows, not pages. Pricing scales with the number of systems and how messy their data is: a form-to-CRM flow is a small job; two-way inventory sync with an ERP is not. The mapping week produces a fixed quote per flow, and the honest comparison is against the salary hours currently spent re-keying — that math usually closes itself.

How long does an integration project take?

Single flows — say, website forms into HubSpot with attribution intact — typically ship in two to four weeks. Multi-system projects run longer, but they ship flow by flow, so the first integration is working while the second is being built. The main schedule risk is access: sandbox credentials and API documentation from your vendors. We list exactly what we need in week one so the waiting happens up front, not mid-build.

Can you integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe — or our industry-specific tool?

The major platforms, yes — HubSpot, Salesforce, and Stripe have mature, well-documented APIs and they're the systems we're asked to connect most. Industry tools are answered case by case, honestly: if your system exposes an API, we review its documentation during the mapping week and tell you what's cleanly possible, what's fragile, and what the vendor's API simply won't support. If a tool has no API at all, we say that too, along with what the workaround costs.

What happens to the integration when the third-party API changes?

This is why 'set and forget' integrations fail — vendors version, deprecate, and change APIs on their own schedule. We build for it three ways: pinning to stable API versions instead of chasing the latest, logging and alerting so a failure notifies us instead of silently dropping records, and a monitoring retainer that covers updating flows when providers announce changes. Deprecations come with notice periods; monitored integrations get fixed inside them.

Do we need to rebuild our site to add integrations?

No. Integration is a layer, not a teardown — most of this work connects systems behind whatever site you already run. If your site is on our Next.js stack the wiring is native; if it's elsewhere, flows connect through your forms, your backend, or serverless functions alongside it. The exception we'll flag honestly: if your site's architecture is why data is breaking, integration would be taping over a structural crack, and we'll show you both quotes — the tape and the fix.
