Pricing, process, AI search, and fit
How much does digital marketing cost with TKX?
It depends on scope — anyone who quotes a price before seeing your situation is guessing with your money. Here's our approach: the free audit tells you exactly what we'd do, what it costs, and what it should return, before you commit to anything. Engagements are scoped to your goals, not to a package tier we invented.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Month-to-month after an initial rebuild period — no long lock-ins. What we can say without hedging: we don't believe in trapping clients. Most of our 100+ clients come from referrals and stay for years, and it's not because of a signature. If the work stops earning its keep, you should be free to say so with your budget.
What does the free audit include, and what's the catch?
A real plan: what we'd do, what it costs, what it should return, based on your actual site and market. Built by a strategist, not a sales rep. The catch is the obvious one — we think the plan will be good enough that you'll hire us. If not, you keep the plan.
Do you offer guarantees?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's algorithm or an AI engine's citations, so "guaranteed #1 rankings" is either a lie or a trick with worthless keywords. What we do instead: clear targets in the proposal, reporting that shows exactly where you stand against them, and 45 Google reviews averaging 5.0 that suggest the no-guarantee approach works fine.
Who actually does the work on my account?
Senior strategists in a dedicated pod — the same people every month. Not an account manager relaying messages to a rotating bench of juniors. The person planning your strategy has done this 100+ times, and you can talk to them directly.
How long until I see results?
Honest answer: it depends on the channel. PPC produces data in weeks — that's how IVM's rebuild started showing pipeline fast. SEO compounds over months; our named results (3x traffic, 4x page-one keywords) came over roughly a year of work. Your proposal includes a month 1 / month 3 / month 6 expectation map, so you know what "on track" looks like before you spend a dollar.
What does your reporting look like?
Pipeline and revenue first, vanity metrics never. You'll see leads, booked calls, and dollar-value movement — then the traffic and rankings that produced them. If a metric doesn't help you make a decision, it doesn't lead the report. Reviews like "responsive, transparent, and focused on outcomes" (Clutch) are what that earns.
What happens in the first 30 days?
Weeks 1-2: we tear down your site, competitors, and funnel — you get the findings whether or not you continue. Weeks 2-3: a roadmap prioritized by revenue impact, not effort. Then execution starts. No three-month "onboarding" black hole. Our process has the full breakdown.
Can you work with my in-house team or another vendor?
Yes. Some clients bring a designer, a dev, or an internal marketer, and we slot in around them. We also run white label delivery for other agencies, so playing well with others is literally a product we sell.
What is AI search optimization (GEO), and do I actually need it?
GEO — generative engine optimization — is making your business the answer when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI Overviews instead of searching the old way. Your customers are already doing this. If AI engines can't find, parse, and trust your site, you're invisible in a growing share of searches. We build for classic rankings and AI citations in the same engagement; it's one foundation, not a separate bill.
Is SEO dead now that AI answers exist?
No — it multiplied. AI engines cite sources, and the sources they cite are overwhelmingly pages with strong technical foundations, clear structure, and real authority. The same things good SEO always built. What died is lazy SEO: thin content written for 2019 Google. If that's what you've been buying, the obituary is accurate.
Do you use AI to do the work?
We use AI tools where they make senior strategists faster — research, analysis, drafts. We don't publish machine-generated content and call it strategy. Everything that ships is planned, edited, and owned by a human whose name is on your account.
Do you only work with Utah businesses?
No. We're based in South Jordan, Utah, and we serve clients nationwide — 100+ active accounts from local franchises to national brands. Local clients get face time; everyone gets the same pods, the same reporting, the same numbers. See the industries we serve.
What if I've been burned by an agency before?
You're in the majority of our client base, honestly. The pattern we hear: activity reports, no revenue movement, and a contract that outlived the enthusiasm. Our fixes are structural, not promises — senior pods instead of junior handoffs, revenue reporting instead of dashboards, and a free audit that shows you the plan before you pay for it. Judge us on that.
One question left: what would we do with your site? That one gets answered in the proposal.
