The ground rules for using this site.
Effective July 2026. Using tkxmedia.com means you accept these terms — so we kept them short and readable.

What this site is
tkxmedia.com is the marketing website of TKX Media, a digital marketing agency based in South Jordan, Utah. The content here — guides, case studies, service descriptions — is provided for general information about our services and industry. It's not professional advice for your specific situation; that's what an engagement is for.
Our content
The text, design, graphics, and other content on this site belong to TKX Media or are used with permission. You're welcome to read, share, and quote it with attribution. You may not scrape it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a competing service. Client names, logos, and results shown are used with the relationship context they came from.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
- Don't submit forms with false information or on someone else's behalf without their consent
- Don't use automated tools to spam our forms — a human reads every submission, and we'd like to keep it that way
No warranties, limited liability
This site is provided "as is." We work to keep everything on it accurate and current, but we make no warranties about completeness or fitness for your purposes, and industry numbers change faster than any website. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKX Media is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.
Case study results are real client outcomes from specific engagements. They illustrate what the work can produce; they are not a promise of identical results for your business — anyone who promises that is guessing with your money, and we say so throughout this site.
Links, engagements, and governing law
This site links to external websites — client sites, platforms, review profiles. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
These terms cover the website only. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, which take precedence for anything they cover.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stand.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with it. Questions: hello@tkxmedia.com.
