Your data, handled like we'd want ours handled.
Effective July 2026. Plain English throughout — if anything here is unclear, email us and a human will explain it.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you request an audit, contact us, or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect what you type: typically your name, email address, website URL, and what you're looking for. That's it — our forms are four fields on purpose.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
Information we don't collect. We don't collect payment details through this site, we don't buy data about you from brokers, and we don't use invasive tracking techniques like session recording of form fields.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry — the reason you gave it to us in the first place
- To prepare the proposal or answer you asked for
- To send the newsletter, if and only if you subscribed — unsubscribe is one click
- To understand which pages and content are useful, so we can improve the site
- To measure our own marketing (yes, the marketing agency measures its marketing)
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your inquiry is a business conversation between you and us, not a lead we resell.
Third-party services
We use a small set of service providers to run this site and our business: website analytics, email delivery for replies and the newsletter, and advertising platforms for measuring our own campaigns. Each receives only the data it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy policy and our instructions.
Where our pages reference third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft, and similar), those platforms may set their own cookies subject to their own policies — see our cookie policy for how to control that.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tkxmedia.com with the request and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround, typically within 30 days.
If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (California, the EU, and others), those rights apply to you and we honor them. The email above is the fastest path for any of them.
Retention, security, and children
We keep inquiry data for as long as we have a business reason to — an active conversation, an engagement, or a reasonable follow-up window — and delete it when we don't. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it — no silent edits. Questions about anything here: hello@tkxmedia.com, or write to TKX Media, South Jordan, Utah.
