How it works
TKX Media provides lead notification and follow-up services via SMS/text messaging for our clients. When a potential customer submits an inquiry through your website or advertising campaigns, we send you (and/or your team) a text message notification so you can respond quickly.
By providing your phone number(s) and authorizing SMS notifications, you authorize TKX Media to send SMS/text messages to those numbers, related to lead notifications, appointment reminders, service updates, and account communications.
SMS terms and consent
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from TKX Media at the phone number(s) you provide. Messages may include:
- New lead notifications and alerts
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Service and account updates
- Project status notifications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@tkxmedia.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
