White Label Services

White label web development: the dev bench your agency keeps promising it has.

Every agency has sold a website it then had to figure out how to build. Freelancer roulette works until the one project that torches a client relationship. We're the dev bench behind the brands in our portfolio — ConnectUs, PreferHome, and more — and we build the same way under yours.

The project that torches the relationship

Web projects fail agencies differently than retainers do. A weak SEO month is a conversation; a blown website launch is a refund, a review, and sometimes the whole account. The failure is rarely design — it's everything after the mockup: scope drift, missed handoffs, a freelancer who vanishes at 80% complete.

A white label dev bench fixes the structural problem: senior builders, a process that survives contact with real clients, and someone accountable to you for the whole delivery — not just their slice of it.

Clients forgive a late blog post. Nobody forgives a broken launch.

The mechanics, upfront

Four stacks, honestly scoped

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Next.js. If your client's project fits none of those, we say so before you quote it — not after.

Your brand on delivery

Staging links, documentation, and walkthroughs carry your agency's name. Clients see your team shipping.

Fixed scope, written

Every build starts from a scoping doc you can put in front of your client — pages, features, revision rounds, timeline. Drift gets a change order, not a fight.

Clean handoff or ongoing support

Your choice per project: we support under your brand, or we hand off documented code your team maintains. Both are normal.

The portfolio is the proof

ConnectUs Corp (B2B), PreferHome (franchise), Bitzel's Chocolates (e-commerce), Prosper Plastic Surgery (healthcare) — TKX builds across WordPress, Next.js, and e-commerce platforms, live and inspectable. The same pods that shipped them build under your brand.

How the partnership runs

  1. 01
    Partner intake

    Week 1

NDA, brand kit, communication rules, and your preferred handoff format — set once, reused every project.

  2. 02
    Scope before quote

    Per project

Send the client brief; we return a build scope and wholesale price you can mark up confidently. No quoting blind.

  3. 03
    Build in slices

    Per timeline

Staging you can show the client at every milestone — design, templates, content load, QA. No reveal-day surprises.

  4. 04
    Launch & handoff

    Close

Launch checklist, redirects, analytics, documentation — then ongoing support under your brand or a clean handoff to your team.

Pricing

Wholesale project pricing from the scoping doc, sized so standard agency markup lands at market rates. You'll know your margin before you quote the client — which is the entire point.

Capacity without the hiring spree

The questions every agency owner asks

What stacks do you build in?

WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and Next.js — the four stacks we ship for our own clients weekly. That coverage handles the overwhelming majority of agency work: marketing sites, e-commerce, and performance-critical builds. If your client's project genuinely fits none of those (native apps, exotic platforms), we say so before you quote it, not after — a white label partner who takes everything is a partner who subcontracts your reputation.

Who handles post-launch support and hosting?

Your choice, per project. Model one: we run maintenance and support under your brand — updates, monitoring, small changes — and you resell it as your care plan. Model two: we hand off clean, documented code with a walkthrough for your team, and you own it entirely. Both are normal; many partners mix them by client size. Hosting recommendations come with the scope, and accounts always belong to you or your client.

Will you ever contact or poach our client?

No, and it's in writing. Partner agreement and NDA bar solicitation of your clients; operationally, we're invisible — your brand on staging, documentation, and delivery calls if you want us on them. Our white label economics run on partner volume, not on cannibalizing one relationship. The fastest way to kill a partner pipeline is to touch a partner's client, and we know it.

How do you handle scope creep — the thing that kills web project margins?

With paper. Every project starts from a written scope — pages, features, integrations, revision rounds — that you can hand your client verbatim. When the client asks for more mid-build (they will), it becomes a written change order with a price and timeline impact, which you present with our backup. That converts scope creep from a margin leak into billable work. Partners tell us the scoping doc alone pays for the relationship.

What if the client needs SEO or PPC after launch?

Same bench, same arrangement. Builds hand off into white label SEO or white label PPC without a discovery restart — the team that built the site already knows its architecture, which is precisely when SEO work is cheapest to do well. Many partners sell the build as the entry retainer and grow the account from there. Your client, your upsell, our fulfillment.
